Full bathroom remodels
We take the room down to the studs when it needs it, fix what is behind the walls, and build it back with a waterproofed tile shower, new plumbing, and the vanity, lighting, and fixtures you pick. Our recent bathrooms include walk-in showers with glass enclosures, freestanding tubs, and double vanities.
Tub to shower, powder rooms, and guest baths
Not every project is a full gut. We turn tubs into walk-in showers, remodel powder rooms and guest baths, and update vanities, tile, and lighting in bathrooms whose layout already works.
- Full bathroom remodels and primary suites
- Walk-in tile showers and glass enclosures
- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Freestanding and built-in tubs
- Vanities, powder rooms, and guest baths

What makes a bathroom last
Waterproofing under the tile
Tile and grout are not waterproof. The membrane behind and under a shower is what keeps water out of the framing, so it goes in before a single tile.
Ventilation
Close to the ocean the air is already humid. An exhaust fan sized for the room and vented outside, not into the attic, keeps mold off the ceiling.
What is behind the walls
Older Cape houses can hide rotted subfloors, undersized framing, or old plumbing. We open, assess, and talk to you before anything gets closed up.
Licensed plumbing
In Massachusetts, plumbing and gas work is done by licensed plumbers under their own permits and inspected by the town.
“I’ve worked with Joe and his team on several projects and the workmanship is consistently excellent. Their attention to detail and the ease of communication is second to none. Highly recommended.”

Bathroom Remodeling FAQ
How much does a bathroom remodel cost on Cape Cod?
It depends on the size of the room, whether the layout changes, and the tile, fixtures, and vanity you choose. Moving plumbing or enlarging a shower costs more than replacing in place. After a visit we give you a free written estimate.
Do I need a permit to remodel a bathroom in Massachusetts?
If the work moves or adds plumbing, gas, or wiring, or changes walls, yes. Licensed plumbers and electricians pull their own permits, and structural changes need a building permit. Swapping a faucet or a vanity top usually does not.
Can you turn my tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes. We remove the tub, rework the drain and the valve, waterproof the new shower, and tile it, with a glass door or panel to finish it.
Do you remodel small bathrooms and powder rooms?
Yes. We take on single bathrooms and powder rooms as well as primary suites and whole-house renovations.
Which towns do you remodel bathrooms in?
All 15 towns of Barnstable County: Barnstable, Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham, Falmouth, Harwich, Mashpee, Orleans, Provincetown, Sandwich, Truro, Wellfleet, and Yarmouth.
